Ocean Logistic Group
Ocean Logistic Group (formerly Maritime Services Worldwide) is a Honduran-based law firm specialized in Maritime and Port Law, with over 18 years of experience serving the national and international maritime community.
Led by Bayron Díaz, a practicing attorney and Master in Maritime Law, we provide legal, technical, and operational services to shipowners, seafarers, maritime authorities, and both private and public sector entities. Our expertise extends beyond registration and certification — we also advise crew members of all ranks on labor disputes, maritime accidents, and contract violations.
We operate in full alignment with IMO regulations and are authorized by multiple flag administrations. Through strategic alliances with organizations such as InterMaritime Certification Services (ICS), we deliver internationally recognized technical inspections, vessel registration, and full compliance support for seafarer documentation and legal procedures.

Bayron Díaz is a Honduran attorney with over 18 years of experience in maritime and port law. He holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Maritime Law and currently serves as Chief Officer of Ocean Logistic Group. His expertise spans vessel registration, international flag compliance, maritime labor disputes, and advisory services for public and private maritime institutions.
